Happy Birthday Dad!
Now officially a senior citizen, but who ran 2.2 miles in 10 minutes and 20 seconds! (Better than I can do!) Thanks for all you do and all you are! Have fun enjoying your discounts at Denny's!
Wait I just read my post, I wrote it wrong, he ran 2.2 miles in 20 minutes. hehe. He said it was a little over 9 minutes a mile. Wow he would've been a really fast 55 year old! :)
Wow! I can run like 1 mile in the long, but definately not too. Tell you Dad Happy Bday for my!
